What is the Full form of ED?
Enforcement Directorate, also known as Directorate General of Economic Enforcement, is headquartered in New Delhi, which was established on 1 May 1956.
Along with this it also has more offices, which are headquartered in Mumbai, Chennai, Chandigarh, Kolkata and Delhi.
As I mentioned above, the full form of ED is Enforcement Directorate, which is called “Directorate of Enforcement”
The main function of ED is to investigate money and property and disproportionate assets, it is a government investigation agency under the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Government of India.
Implementing economic crime and economic rules at night, assisting the police in confiscating black money.
